DESCRIPTION
10cl Bottle Cigar Rum - minimum purchase of 3 bottles required
52.6% ABV
Cigar Rum is the first in a series of enigmatic releases from the Colonsay Distillery that is rooted in the endless search for new experiences from around the globe, combining not only, beautiful tastes and flavours, but also capturing the very essence of their geographical locations.
Cigar Rum is an ode to the Cuban cigar and all things Caribbean. The island of Cuba is special for many reasons, not least for its fabulous array of crops. Cuban culture thrives around their native tobacco and this rum captures the flavour of fermented tobacco leaves and is a fine blend of Jamaican rums seasoned with distillates of Cuban cigar tobacco, cacao nibs and lime. The pale gold result marries pungent, esthery tropical fruit – mango & pineapple – with mellow amber leaf and a finish bitter with citrus oils.
Best served neat over ice and sipped and savoured slowly.
