Refund policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We work to make sure that all deliveries arrive in a timely manner and are packaged well. When you get your package please check carefully and notify us immediately if you have the wrong item, or if it has been damaged. If goods are damaged you should contact us straight away via email: info@wildthymespirits.com or call: 01951 200082, within 2 working days of receipt.
If an order is damaged in transit; batch details, tracking details and photographic evidence of damaged goods may be required before replacement goods or refunds can be arranged.
Returns must be returned unopened, sealed and in the original packaging. Once the order is returned and processed, Wild Thyme Spirits Ltd will refund in the same manner as payment was received, within 30 days. Return postage will be the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using either a tracked or signed for service when returning an order, as loss or damage of goods being returned is the responsibility of the cardholder returning the order.
Wild Thyme Spirits Ltd cannot be held responsible for parcels which are not delivered due to incorrect information given by the customer.
