Colonsay House Gin Cocktail

Lightly muddle the chilli and basil leaves in the bottom of your shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice until well chilled. Fine strain into a cocktail glass over ice, and garnish with basil.

Ingredients:

60ml Colonsay Gin

30ml Lemon Juice

15ml Simple Syrup

Basil Leaves & Green Chilli Muddled

Garnish - Basil Leaves
